To make your stay as pleasant as possible for all guests, we kindly ask you to observe the following house rules:

• Entering Vitae Wellness Resorts is at your own risk and unsupervised. Please make sure you have mastered the art of swimming.
• Children aged 4 to 11 are only allowed in on Sundays until 18:00 accompanied by an adult.
• Children aged 12 to 15 years are allowed in only when accompanied by an adult.
• From 16 years onwards, everyone is welcome at the Vitae Wellnessresort Roosendaal.
• On public holidays, the same rules apply as on Sundays.
• Keep your personal belongings in the lockers. Wear the wristband of your locker for any spending.
• Swimwear is only allowed during special swimwear-may-days.
• Bath slippers are compulsory but may not be worn in the sauna cabins.
• Wearing a bathrobe is compulsory in the restaurant, relaxation areas and on the terrace.
• Always shower before using the baths, saunas, steam baths or other facilities.
• In the sauna, sit on a towel, including your feet.
• Use the facilities in silence and peace. Adding fragrances to the sauna stoves is not allowed; special infusions are provided by a sauna master.
• Self-brought refreshments are not allowed.
• Towels are not allowed in the restaurant.
• Occupying sun beds, benches and chairs without using them is not allowed.
• Disruptive behaviour, sexual harassment and other forms of inappropriate behaviour are prohibited.
• Smoking and e-smoking are not allowed, except in the special smoking areas.
• Taking photographs and/or filming is strictly prohibited.
• Bringing phones, tablets or smartwatches is not allowed.
• Personal grooming such as shaving, colouring hair and brushing teeth is not allowed.
• Only use transparent bags for items you have brought with you; these are available in the changing rooms.
• Vitae Wellnessresort Roosendaal is not liable for loss or theft of personal belongings.
• Clothing or other items left behind can be picked up at reception. They will be kept for one month and then donated to charity.
• Personal data are used for administrative purposes only and are never given to third parties for commercial purposes.
• Entering Vitae Wellnessresorts Roosendaal is at your own risk.
• Always follow the instructions of the staff.
• Excessive consumption of alcohol or drugs is not permitted.
• The use of a bathrobe, towels and bath slippers is compulsory. If a bath linen package is not included in your package, you can bring it yourself or rent it from us for a fee.
• In our sauna garden, we have surveillance cameras that are only active after closing time. During opening time, they are switched off.
• You are not allowed to enter the wellness area with Google Glass and/or laptops.
