In order to make the stay as pleasant as possible for all guests, we ask you to observe the following house rules:

• Entering the Vitae Wellness Resorts is at your own risk and unsupervised. Please ensure that you have mastered the art of swimming.
• Children aged 4 to 11 years are only allowed in the resort on Sundays until 18:00 accompanied by an adult.
• Children aged 12 to 15 are only allowed in the water when accompanied by an adult.
• Everyone aged 16 and over is welcome at Vitae Wellnessresort Roosendaal.
• The same rules apply on public holidays as on Sundays.
• Keep your personal belongings in the lockers. Wear the wristband of your locker at all times.
• Swimwear is only permitted on special Swimwear May days.
• Bathing shoes are compulsory, but may not be worn in the sauna cabins.
• Wearing a bathrobe is compulsory in the restaurant, in the relaxation rooms and on the terrace.
• Always shower before using the baths, saunas, steam baths or other facilities.
• Sit on a towel in the sauna, even on your feet.
• Use the facilities in peace and quiet. The addition of fragrances to the sauna heaters is not permitted; special infusions are carried out by a sauna master.
• Refreshments you have brought with you are not permitted.
• Towels are not permitted in the restaurant.
• Occupying loungers, benches and chairs without using them is not permitted.
• Disruptive behaviour, sexual harassment and other forms of inappropriate behaviour are prohibited.
• Smoking and e-smoking are not permitted, except in the special smoking areas.
• Photography and/or filming is strictly prohibited.
• Bringing phones, tablets or smartwatches is not permitted.
• Personal hygiene such as shaving, hair colouring and brushing teeth is not permitted.
• Only use transparent bags available in the changing rooms for items you bring with you.
• Vitae Wellnessresort Roosendaal is not liable for the loss or theft of personal belongings.
• Clothing or other items left behind can be collected at reception. They will be kept for one month and then donated to charity.
• Personal data will only be used for administrative purposes and will never be passed on to third parties for commercial purposes.
• Entering Vitae Wellnessresort Roosendaal is at your own risk.
• Always follow the instructions of the staff.
• Excessive consumption of alcohol or drugs is not permitted.
• The use of a bathrobe, towels and slippers is mandatory. If a bathrobe is not included in your package, you can bring your own or hire one from us for a fee.
• There are surveillance cameras in our sauna garden, which are only active after closing time. They are switched off during opening hours.
• It is not permitted to enter the wellness area with Google Glass and/or laptops.
