House Rules

To ensure that all guests have as pleasant a stay as possible, we kindly ask you to observe the following house rules:

• Entry to Vitae Wellnessresorts is at your own risk and unsupervised. Please ensure you can swim.
• Children aged 4 to 11 are only permitted indoors on Sundays until 18:00, accompanied by an adult.
• Children aged 12 to 15 are only permitted inside when accompanied by an adult.
• Anyone aged 16 and over is welcome at the Vitae Wellness Resort Roosendaal.
• On public holidays, the same rules apply as on Sundays.
• Please store your personal belongings in the lockers. Wear your locker wristband for any purchases.
• Swimwear is only permitted on designated ‘swimwear-allowed’ days.
• Bath slippers are compulsory, but must not be worn in the sauna cabins.
• Wearing a bathrobe is compulsory in the restaurant, the relaxation areas and on the terrace.
• Always shower before using the pools, saunas, steam rooms or other facilities.
• In the sauna, you must sit on a towel, including your feet.
• Please use the facilities in silence and tranquillity. Adding scents to the sauna stoves is not permitted; special infusions are provided by a sauna master.
• You are not permitted to bring your own food or drink.
• Towels are not permitted in the restaurant.
• Reserving sun loungers, benches and chairs without using them is not permitted.
• Disruptive behaviour, unwanted advances and other forms of inappropriate behaviour are prohibited.
• Smoking and e-cigarettes are not permitted, except in the designated smoking areas.
• Taking photographs and/or filming is strictly prohibited.
• Bringing mobile phones, tablets or smartwatches onto the premises is not permitted.
• Personal grooming, such as shaving, dyeing hair and brushing teeth, is not permitted.
• Please use only transparent bags for any items you bring with you; these are available in the changing rooms.
• Vitae Wellness Resort Roosendaal accepts no liability for the loss or theft of personal belongings.
• Clothing or other items left behind can be collected from reception. They will be kept for one month and then donated to charity.
• Personal data will only be used for administrative purposes and will never be disclosed to third parties for commercial purposes.

• Always follow the instructions given by staff.
• Drugs and/or excessive alcohol consumption are not permitted.
• The use of a bathrobe, towels and slippers is compulsory. If a towel package is not included in your package, you may bring your own or hire one from us for a fee.
• In our sauna garden, we have security cameras that are only active after closing time. They are switched off during opening hours.
• You are not permitted to enter the wellness centre wearing Google Glass and/or carrying laptops.
